These terms apply to pixloomwebstudio.com, which is run by Pixloom Web Studio, an individual freelance business based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Website terms and project agreements
Browsing this website, trying its demos or contacting us does not create a contract for services and does not commit you or us to a project. The website is not an offer of services and you cannot buy services through it.
Consultations and quotations are free. Every paid project is governed by its own written agreement, which sets out the scope, deliverables, prototype acceptance, revisions, payment deadlines, cancellation and transfer of intellectual property. Our payment structure and approach to cancellations and refunds are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
3. Using the website
You may browse the website, try the interactive demos and share links to it. Please do not:
- use it in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights,
- try to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it or introduce harmful code,
- copy large parts of it by automated means, or
- suggest that you are connected to or endorsed by Pixloom when you are not.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website's design, text, code, code-made graphics and animations were created by Pixloom. Please do not copy, adapt or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
The Pixloom name and logo identify our business. The logo was created with the help of an AI image tool, following our creative direction. Please do not use our name or logo in a way that suggests a connection with us.
Some parts of the website belong to others and are used under their licences, including the typefaces Space Grotesk, Inter and Instrument Serif (SIL Open Font License) and open-source software libraries. Other companies' names and trademarks belong to their owners.
5. Concept demonstrations
This is Pixloom's own studio website. The Experience Lab, Design Playground and scroll demonstration show original concepts made by Pixloom to demonstrate design and development skills. The brands, products and prices in them, including Kiln & Co., Halcyon, Margins, Tidewell and Fern & Field, are fictional. They are not client projects, nothing in them is for sale, and no payment can be made through them. Any resemblance to a real business or product is unintended.
6. Accuracy of information
We try to keep the website accurate and up to date. Its content is general information about our work. It is not professional advice and not a promise of particular results.
7. Links to other websites
The website links to services we do not control, such as Instagram and WhatsApp. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them.
8. Availability
We may change, update or temporarily suspend the website. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
9. Liability
